Our Story
When the previous owner of R-Factor of the North decided it was time to retire after 20 years of running the business, Ted, with his wife Tricia, purchased Roofs of the North in January 2022, keeping the same standards and quality of work and changing the name to R-Factor of the North, LLC.
Ted began his roofing career at the age of 17 and has now been climbing roofs for over 40 years. While he's not always the first man on the roof these days, he always has his eye on your project from start to finish. He ensures that our crew fully understands all of the specifications of your project and has frequent follow-ups with his team to provide you with the best possible result for your project.

R-Factor of the North is a local Roscommon County, MI company with nine independent contractors that work with us daily.
